On November 3, 2025, the Helsinki Administrative Court issued its decision regarding the resolution made by the Data Protection Authority in 2024, which concerned the processing of personal data within Posti's Netposti service. The Administrative Court reversed the EUR 2.4 million administrative fine imposed by the authority on November 13, 2024. However, the Administrative Court upheld the remark concerning the lack of transparent customer information.
