Prevas signs six-year agreement with Lunera Energi for new maintenance management system
Lunera Energi has entrusted Prevas with the implementation and delivery of Octave Attune, a modern Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform. The total contract value amounts to approximately SEK 20 million and includes both services and recurring license revenue. The agreement runs for six years, with an option to extend for an additional 2 + 2 years.
The solution will support the structured and long-term management of facilities and assets, while creating the conditions for more efficient ways of working within operations and maintenance.
Lunera Energi is a Norwegian energy company that produces and supplies district heating and cooling based on local and renewable energy sources. Its operations are based on energy recovery from sources including waste incineration, bioenergy from the forestry industry, industrial waste heat, and heating and cooling energy from fjords, lakes and waterways.
Lunera Energi supplies approximately 750 GWh of district heating annually to around 7,500 customers in Trondheim and Stjørdal. To ensure a stable and efficient energy supply, the long-term management of production facilities, distribution networks and technical assets is a central part of its operations.

Octave Attune EAM is an Enterprise Asset Management platform that helps organizations manage and optimize their physical assets throughout their lifecycle. By bringing information about maintenance, assets and work processes together in a shared digital platform, organizations can gain better visibility and create more efficient ways of working.
