The rights issue of units that was announced on 24 August 2022 (the "Rights Issue") in Qlife Holding AB ("Qlife" or the "Company") has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and paid subscribed units (BTU) will be replaced by shares and warrants series TO 2022. The last day for trading with BTU is 8 November 2022, and the stop date with Euroclear Sweden AB is 10 November 2022, whereafter shares and warrants will be booked in each shareholder's VP account/depository on 14 November 2022. The warrants will be traded with ISIN code SE0018690141 and the first day for trading is expected to be 14 November 2022.
