The Raytelligence Company, Symbol RAYT, is closing company operations. Raytelligence earlier this year was delisted by the NGM. Shortly after being delisted Raytelligence signed a Letter of Intent to merge with a Chinese Technology Company (WIPO) that provided electronic equipment to charge without being plugged in. This innovative technology has already been in operation in China and is now opening up in Europe. The company, WIPO and its key investors and some Raytelligence investors spent over 3 million Sek over the last several months paying professionals and necessary costs to conclude a transaction becoming public by merging with Raytelligence. With revenues already growing in China the management had plans to open a factory in Sweden. The transaction would have been a great success for Raytelligence shareholders and funders. The planned closing was scheduled for November 15, 2025. The week prior to the closing the Stockholm stock exchange notified the attorney and Bankers for the company that there were no approvals for Chinese companies to become listed on Nasdaq First North. At this time the company is faced with closing. Its subsidiary, Innowearable will close as well. The company has expended all of its resources and management time on the merger with WIPO. With the government disallowing all Chinese companies to be listed in Sweden it leaves WIPO no alternative than to seek a listing in a new jurisdiction that does not object to Chinese companies. The Raytelligence management and shareholders are disappointed with this outcome but have no other alternative at this time but to close the two companies.
