Raytelligence's assignment from Stemtech Corporation continues. The assignment includes advice on a reverse takeover of Stemtech Corporation by a company traded on a Nordic marketplace.
On 12 December, the Board of Directors of Spotlight-traded Eevia Health Plc announced that it had decided to terminate the process of a reverse takeover of Stemtech. Raytelligence acted as advisor in this process. Raytelligence's assignment continues and is focused on identifying other possible candidates.
Stemtech Corporation and Seacret Direct, LLC (renamed `VIÁGO') reached an agreement on 20 November 2024 on a strategic merger. In connection with this agreement, Raytelligence announced that it had received an assignment from Stemtech regarding advice in connection with the reverse acquisition of a company whose shares are traded on a marketplace in the Nordic region.
Raytelligence's remuneration is mainly paid in shares in the event of a successfully completed transaction and in the event that the transaction is not completed, no consulting fee is paid.
