Through the acquisition, Rejlers expands its service offering into the early stages of project development, strengthening its position across the full project lifecycle. SGM Consulting is a leading provider of measurement and geotechnical investigation services. The company delivers base data surveys, geotechnical and environmental investigations, quality assurance and laboratory analyses for infrastructure and construction projects. Serving both public and private sector clients, SGM Consulting employs approximately 50 specialists and generates annual sales of approximately EUR 7 million, with good profitability.
