Rejlers has signed a new framework agreement with the Swedish Transport Administration to deliver specialist expertise in technical safety management and approval processes for fixed installations on the railway. Under the agreement, Rejlers will provide experienced administrators in the approval process (GOP), technical safety control - signal (TSS) and technical safety control - track superstructure (TSB).
The agreement strengthens the long-term collaboration between Rejlers and the Swedish Transport Administration and includes assignments at both national and regional level. The work includes, among other things, the production of safety certificates, documentation for approvals and coordination with relevant actors in the railway sector.
Within the framework of the agreement, Rejlers will provide expertise at three different levels, depending on the complexity of the projects - from simple plant changes to advanced approval processes for new signalling systems and major infrastructure projects. The assignment is a central part of the Swedish Transport Administration's work to secure and further develop the Swedish railway network. The goal is for all changes to the infrastructure to undergo a thorough security clearance before they are put into operation.
