The Board of Directors of Relais Group Plc has decided to cancel a total of 71,785 Relais Group shares i.e., approximately 0.40 percent of the total number of the company's shares. 71,735 treasury shares to be cancelled were acquired through the share buy-back program that began on 8 May 2024 and ended on 5 November 2024.
The cancellation is expected to be entered into the trade register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration during January 2025. Prior to the cancellation of the own shares, the registered shares in Relais Group totals 18,132,308. After the cancellation has been registered in the trade register, the total number of shares and votes in Relais Group will be 18,060,523.
After the cancellation, Relais Group does not hold any shares in the Company.
The cancellation of the shares has no effect on the share capital of Relais Group.
