Relais Group Plc ("Relais Group") publishes comparative financial information according to the new segment structure for all quarters of 2025 and January-December 2025. The new reportable segments are Commercial Vehicle Services, Products and Solutions, and Technical Wholesale.
Commercial Vehicle Services consists of companies that are leading suppliers of repair, maintenance, and service solutions for commercial vehicles and industrial equipment.
Products and Solutions consists of companies with scalable branded products and solutions for vehicle users across international markets.
Technical Wholesale brings together leading distributors of spare parts, vehicle equipment, and technical solutions primarily for commercial vehicles and professional mobility.
Separate financial information is also presented for the item Centralized functions and other, in addition to the reporting segments. This item includes predominantly the parent company operations as well as other small-scale functions whose characteristics and financial profiles differ from those of the reporting segments.
In addition, Relais will report adjusted EBITA (an alternative performance measure, APM) going forward instead of comparable EBITA. The calculation of adjusted EBITA corresponds to the previously reported calculation of comparable EBITA. Calculation of adjusted EBITA: operating profit + amortisation of acquisitions + items affecting comparability included in EBITA for the period.
The attached tables present the financial information for 2025 in accordance with the new segment structure. The financial information presented in this release is unaudited.
Relais Group will report in accordance with the new segment structure from the first quarter of 2026 onwards. Relais Group's Interim Report for January-March 2026 will be published on 13 May 2026 at 9:00 am EEST.
Relais Group announced on 13 February 2026 that it is transitioning from a geographically organised management structure to a business area-based operating and management structure. The new structure enables clearer strategic steerability, improved transparency, and more disciplined capital allocation across the Group. The new structure also supports Relais Group's continued development as a leading consolidator and operator in the mobility aftermarket. It is designed to enhance both organic and acquisitive growth, improve comparability across the group and better leverage the Group's scale and expertise. The three business areas constitute the Group's reportable segments going forward.
