Relais Group Plc, Stock Exchange Release, 11 September 2025 at 1:30 p.m. EET
By 27 August 2025, a total of 375,000 Relais Group Plc's new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2019E. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2019E, the entire subscription price of EUR 885,000.00 will be credited to the reserve for the company's invested unrestricted equity. The stock options 2019E are part of Relais' stock option scheme established in 2017, entitling option holders to subscribe for a total of 777,250 Relais Group shares.
The shares subscribed for with the stock options 2019E have been registered in the Trade Register on 11 September 2025. The new shares will produce shareholder rights for their shareholders from the date of registration. After the trade registration the total number of shares is 18,435,523.
The shares will be traded in the main list maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 12 September 2025.
The share subscription period for stock options began on 2 July 2019.
