Relesys A/S | Changes to the Board of Directors

Today, Relesys announced changes to the Board of Directors. 

The current member of the Board of Directors of Relesys A/S, Camilla Simonsen, will take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Relesys A/S on January 2, 2023. Previously Camilla has been part of the management at Siteimprove A/S, and she brings more than 15 years of commercial experience in SaaS as well as extensive experience within international expansion and management.

Chairman of The Board of Directors, Alexander Martensen-Larsen, says:

"I am thrilled about the prospect of Camilla joining the senior management team of Relesys. Camilla brings with her a wealth of hands-on experience with growing and scaling a software as a service business internationally. I am confident that she will be a great addition to the operational team as we continue to develop and expand our business."

When Camilla Simonsen resumes the role as CCO, she will simultaneously be stepping down from her assignment as a member of the Board of Directors of Relesys A/S. The Board of Directors will initiate a search for a fifth member to be elected at the next annual general meeting.
