Renewable Ventures Nordic AB, corporate registration number 556769-3063, (the "Company") held an extraordinary general meeting on December 1, 2025. At the meeting and the subsequent board meeting, the following decisions were made, among others.
Resolution on distribution in kind of part of the holding in Gosol Energy Group AB
The extraordinary general meeting resolved, in accordance with the board's proposal, on distribution in kind of part of the Company's holding of shares in Gosol Energy Group AB. The distribution in kind will be made with 7 shares in Gosol for every 6 shares held in the Company. Rounding will be done downwards. The Company will thus distribute a maximum of 7,374,111 shares in Gosol, corresponding to a dividend of approximately SEK 0.758 per share. The board was authorized to determine the record date for the right to receive shares in Gosol.
Determination of record date for distribution in kind
In connection with the conclusion of the meeting, the board of directors has determined December 8, 2025, as the record date for the distribution in kind. The last day for trading in the Company's shares including the right to receive shares in Gosol is December 4, 2025. The first day for trading in the Company's shares excluding the right to receive shares in Gosol is December 5, 2025. The shares in Gosol are expected to be visible in the respective shareholder's securities account on December 10, 2025.
