The Board of Directors of Rightbridge Ventures Group AB (publ) (the "Company") has decided to postpone the publication of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024, compared to the previously communicated date.
The Annual Report is now expected to be published in connection with the General Meeting on 30 June 2025, instead of the previously announced date of 16 June 2025.
The revised timeline is due to the need for additional project time to ensure accurate, transparent, and complete financial reporting. During the spring, the Company has focused on managing the balance sheet control procedure in the parent company as well as the ongoing bankruptcy process of its wholly owned subsidiary.
The Company will publish the Annual Report as soon as it has been finalized.
