Rottneros AB (publ) ("Rottneros" or the "Company") has today published an information document related to its fully guaranteed share issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders of approximately SEK 300 million before deduction of transaction costs (the "Rights Issue"), which was resolved by the Board of Directors on 20 May 2025, and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 12 June 2025. The information document has been registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available on the Company's website.
