[CEO Henrik Hartman]Henrik has his background within the military and has served as an officer for several years. He has a degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics and experience from working within the private sector as a financial controller for different companies.

His international work related experiences encompasses time spent in Africa where he had the responsibility for establishing and developing marine capabilities with focus on training and development.

In addition to that Henrik has also founded and developed what has become the world's largest Swimrun event; Öloppet (The Island Race).

All of these positions required great dedication, clarity and focus.

The criterias have been to find a business-minded person with financial expertise and a true eagerness and drive to reach great results and profitability for Safe at Sea AB. A person with a dedication to saving lives and with the right mindset.
