Stockholm, 19 November, 2024 | Safello, the leading cryptocurrency exchange in the Nordics, announces that Åsa Leander Skålén, a recently appointed board member of Safello AB, has acquired a portion of Safello Group AB's shares.

The transaction involved a total of 100,000 shares at a share price of SEK 6.0 per share, representing about 0.49 percent of the share capital and votes in the company.

Frank Schuil, Chairman of the Board, was the seller in this transaction.
