Stockholm 16 October 2024 | Safello, the leading cryptocurrency exchange in the Nordics, has entered into an agreement and a strategic partnership with Trustly, the global leader in account-to-account payments. Through this collaboration, Safello will integrate Trustly's direct bank payment solution, enabling users to make instant payments in SEK and EUR, providing another seamless way to buy crypto on the platform.
Trustly, founded in 2008, offers a secure and efficient direct payment system that seamlessly connects users' bank accounts with online services. By integrating Trustly's technology, Safello enhances its offering by providing faster transactions and a smoother experience, particularly suited for users making larger orders.
The partnership aligns with Safello's commitment to streamlining the crypto buying process and expanding payment options in key international markets outside of Sweden. Trustly's proven technology and strong reputation in the fintech space add further credibility and security to Safello's operations. The agreement initially covers Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia.
