The Nomination Committee today presents its proposal to Safeture's Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2021, regarding the election of members of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Board. The proposal will also be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting.
Safeture's Nomination Committee consists of Semmy Rülf chair of the board, Christian Lindgren (Adma förvaltning) and Greg Dingizian (Adma Förvaltning).
The Nomination Committee proposes an expansion of the board to six members with the election of Flemming Breinholt as the new chair of the board and the election of Elisabeth Brevenson as a board member.

I'm also looking forward to handing over the chairmanship of the board to Flemming Breinholt, who will guide the company on its path forward, comments Semmy Rülf, chairman of the board at Safeture.
The Nomination Committee furthermore proposes the re-election of all members of the Board of Directors, except for Adam Schatz, who has declined re-election, which means that Semmy Rülf, Sofia Kinberg, Pontus Christiansson, and Christian Lindgren are subject for re-election until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.
Flemming Breinholt, born in 1964, is a Danish citizen and the CEO of the listed company Karnov Group. He has formerly been the CEO of listed companies InterMail A/S and XPonCard Group AB and is currently chair of the board of C & Willer Petersen Legat. Flemming Breinholt has vast experience from digital, platform-based companies with high growth. During his term as CEO, Karnov Group has developed through organic growth and acquisitions to today having more than 80% of the turnover in digital services based on SaaS.
Elisabeth Brevenson was born in 1970. In 2006 she founded Beepsend, a multi-million global SMS messaging provider company named one of the fastest-growing tech companies in EMEA. She was the company's CEO for eleven years and has been Director of product strategy at Twilio Inc. Elisabeth Brevenson has almost 20 years of experience creating and launching Internet applications and was honored with the Female Gasell Award of the Year by Dagens Industri.
