SameSystem A/S will delist from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark. The last day of trading shares in SameSystem A/S on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark will be Thursday, 18 January 2024.
The Annual General Meeting of SameSystem A/S took place on January 5, 2024, at SameSystem A/S, Rentemestervej 2A, 2400 København NV, in accordance with the agenda.
The board of directors elected Søren Brinkmann, attorney-at-law, as chairman of the meeting.
Leif Vestergaard, Chairman of the Board of SameSystem, accounted for the company's activities in the past year, and the shareholders noted the presentation. The audited annual report for FY2022/23 was submitted and approved by the General Meeting.
Regarding the appropriation of profits or covering losses appearing from the annual report, the General Meeting approved, in accordance with the adopted annual report and the board of directors' proposal, that the result of the FY2022/23 is transferred to the next financial year and that no dividend is paid out.
Leif Vestergaard, Tommy Høyrup Holte, Christian Higraff, and Michael Holmberg Andersen were re-elected to the board of directors.
