In accordance with the EU's Market Abuse Regulation article 19, SameSystem A/S must publicly disclose transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them on the trading of SameSystem A/S shares.

SameSystem A/S has received notification of the below transactions related to shares in SameSystem A/S made by CEO Carsten Fensholt, who has acquired 160,000 shares in SameSystem A/S at an average price of DKK 1.09 per share.

Carsten Fensholt now personally owns 3,680,979 shares and thus, directly and indirectly, controls 3,680,979 shares and votes in SameSystem A/S, corresponding to 5.2% of the total number of shares and voting rights, and has therefore become a major shareholder in the company.
