SameSystem A/S advises that the Chief Financial Officer, Robert Kaminski, wishes to pursue new career opportunities and has entered into a resignation agreement.

The search for a successor is initiated, and Robert Kaminski will continue to support the board of directors and the company while a replacement is being found. His last working day will be 30.09.2022.

Interim CEO Henrik Ritlov says, "I would like to thank Robert for his commitment and dedication to the Group, where he has been an important part of the transition into a First North listed company, contributing to securing the financial position of SameSystem, and helping prepare SameSystem for the future growth journey."
