SameSystem is streamlining the organisation as of today with two main objectives: Country heads will report directly to the CEO to put optimal focus on our growth potential and streamlining several business processes to obtain efficiencies.

Consequently, the number of FTE positions is reduced from 77 to 68. SameSystem had 84 FTE positions end of September 2022. The adjustments are a direct consequence of the strategy review described in the Annual Report FY2021/22.

"The efficiencies will allow SameSystem to continue, significantly, to invest in our product line and deliver top-in-class customer service around our footprint", says the Chairman of the Board, Carsten Fensholt, in a comment to the adjustments.

SameSystem maintains its guidance: EBITDA -5.0m DKK and 15-20% revenue year-on-year growth for FY2022/23.
