Scandinavian Astor Group's (`Astor Group' or the `Company') announces today that all conditions for the investment in the subsea technology company Dolprop Industries AB (`Dolprop') which was announced on 20 March 2025 have now been fulfilled and the transaction is completed.
``We are pleased to finalise this strategically important investment. We see great potential in Dolprop's smart fin technology for military stealth vessels, such as silent unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). This investment is an important step in our ambition to develop ground-breaking stealth solutions for the defence industry by combining civil and military innovation", says Mattias Hjorth, CEO of Scandinavian Astor Group.
Astor Group has today subscribed for shares in accordance with the directed share issue in Dolprop and obtained a 15 per cent stake in Dolprop. The shares have been allotted and the transaction is thus completed. As previously communicated, the investment of SEK 15 million is realised with funds from the Company's existing cash position. According to the shareholder agreement, Astor Group has an option to increase its ownership in Dolprop to 51 per cent within three years. The license rights for Dolprop's technology are placed in the subsidiary Oscilion Naval System AB. In parallel, the business within the field of electromagnetic warfare is continuing in Oscilion Teknik AB.
