To the position of COCO, Louise Åberg has been appointed. Louise has extensive experience in financial communication, corporate governance and change management in listed environments. Her previous roles include Lead Governance & Communication and Business Manager, where she successfully worked with strategic business development and internal and external communication. Louise also has an academic background in peace and conflict studies, economics and organisational development. Since February 2023, she has worked as an external advisor to Astor Group via Shark Communication. The newly created role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including coordination of management functions, corporate governance and internal and external communication. In addition, a major focus will be on preparing the group for regulated markets where, among other things, the introduction of sustainability reporting according to CSRD is an important part.
