Scandinavian Astor Group ("Astor Group" or the "Company") announces today that its subsidiary Oscilion Teknik AB has changed its name to Oscilion EW Systems AB. The name change is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and is effective immediately.
The name change is made in order to clarify the internal structure and business focus of the Group's technology area Oscilion, which comprises two separate business lines:
- Oscilion EW Systems AB, focusing on Electromagnetic Warfare (EW)
- Oscilion Naval Systems AB, which develops advanced underwater technologies, including unmanned underwater systems and stealth vehicles
Both companies operate under the common Oscilion brand, but are organized as separate legal entities with their own organization numbers and business focus. The name change will more clearly distinguish the electromagnetic warfare business from Oscilion's other naval technology development, including stealth and stealth vehicles, which are located in Oscilion Naval Systems AB. The aim is to create greater transparency for customers, investors and partners, while supporting the Astor Group's strategy of building niche technology-leading subsidiaries in the defense sector.

Oscilion EW Systems AB is responsible for the development and delivery of electromagnetic warfare solutions, primarily jammers and electromagnetic countermeasures. The sister company that handles underwater systems and stealth vehicles, including unmanned underwater weapons, has previously been organized under Oscilion Naval Systems AB.
The change of name does not entail any changes in the company's commitments or contracts, but facilitates communication with customers, suppliers and partners through a clearer business identity.
