Scandinavian Astor Group ("Astor Group" or the "Company") has today, in accordance with the intention announced in connection with the listing change to NGM SME in 2024, applied for admission to trading on the regulated market NGM Main Market. The listing is expected to take place in December 2025, subject to the exchange's approval.
Astor Group has made the necessary preparations to meet the requirements of a regulated market, including adjustments to corporate governance and policy frameworks. An application for listing of the Company's shares on NGM Main Market has been submitted, and the change of listing is expected to be completed in early December 2025.
"A listing on NGM Main Market is a natural step in our development and part of our long-term journey towards establishing Astor Group as a leading partner in the European defense and security industry", says Mattias Hjorth, CEO of Astor Group.
The purpose of the planned listing transfer to NGM Main Market is, among other things, to enable increased institutional ownership, increased liquidity in the Company's shares, and improved access to capital. The listing transfer is also expected to create conditions for Astor Group to be able to launch a share savings program for employees within the Group in the future.
Eversheds Sutherland Advokatbyrå AB is acting as legal advisor and Klara Stock Market Adviser AB is acting as communications advisor to Astor Group in connection with the listing change.
