Scandinavian Astor Group ("Astor Group" or "the Company") has received conditional approval from the Nordic Growth Market ("NGM") listing committee to move trading in the Company's shares to the regulated market NGM Main Market. The first estimated day of trading is December 4, 2025.
"The approval to move to NGM Main Market is an important step in our continued development as a defence group. A listing on a regulated market creates improved conditions for long-term growth, increased visibility and the opportunity for broader institutional ownership. On 4 November 2025, the Board of Directors of Astor Group submitted an application for admission to trading of the Company's shares on NGM Main Market. The Company has now had its application approved by NGM's listing committee. The approval is conditional upon the fulfilment of customary conditions, including the approval and registration of a prospectus by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be published in a separate press release prior to the first day of trading.
The listing is scheduled for Thursday, 4 December 2025. Based on the planned listing date, the last day of trading on NGM Nordic SME would be Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
Astor Group will not raise capital in connection with the listing. The Company's shares will continue to be traded under the ticker symbol ASTOR and the unchanged ISIN code SE0019175274. Shareholders will not need to take any action in connection with the change of listing.
Eversheds Sutherland Advokatbyrå AB is acting as legal advisor and Klara Stock Market Adviser AB is acting as communications advisor to Astor Group in connection with the change of listing.
