Herlev, Denmark - 6 September 2024 - Shape Robotics A/S, a leader in educational robotics, hereby announces that its distribution partner in Romania, Data Hub, has entered into a public procurement agreement with Sibiu Municipality, Romania, following the tender process announced in our press release dated April 22, 2024.
Shape Robotics will be supplying most of the IT & Communications equipment provided by Data Hub under the agreement, such as AV systems, external hard-drives, educational furniture and, most importantly, close to a thousand interactive displays bundled with our proprietary Fable Hub and Fable Blockly app, amounting to a value of around EUR 1.5 million. The equipment will benefit preuniversity educational institutions in the municipality.

This tender win does not change Shape Robotics financial guidance for 2024.
