Shape Robotics A/S (the "Company") announces, pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, that following the completion of the Share Swap Agreement dated 03 June, 2025 in relation to the acquisition of Sanako Oy, and after registration with the Danish Business Authority of the share capital increase, the Company has, on 06 June, 2025 received notification that Isola Sardine Holdings Oy (CVR-nr.: 3404915-2), controlled by Mr. Juho Isola, now holds 1,120,000 newly-issued shares of nominally DKK 0.10 each, equaling nominally DKK 112,000 of the share capital in the Company, corresponding to a holding of 6.03% of all issued shares and an equivalent percentage of voting rights, therefore exceeding the 5% holding of shares threshold provided for by Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
