Sitowise Group Plc's annual reporting package 2023 has been published
Sitowise Group Plc's annual reporting package 2023 has been released. The package contains the Annual and Sustainability Report, the Report of the Board of Directors, Consolidated Financial Statements, and Auditor's Report for the financial period 1 January - 31 December 2023, Corporate Governance Statement, and Remuneration Report. Sitowise publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements.
The annual reporting package 2023 is published in Finnish and English. The published material is attached to this release and is available at www.sitowise.com/annual-report-2023 (http://www.sitowise.com/annual-report-2023). The remuneration report has been published at www.sitowise.com/investors/governance/remuneration and attached to this release.
