Sitowise Group Plc (the "Company") has on 27 December 2023 received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Morgan Stanley, according to which Morgan Stanley's holding of the shares and votes of the Company decreased to 3.80 percent on 22 December 2023.

According to the notification, Morgan Stanley holds indirectly a total of 1,216,077 shares corresponding to 3.41 percent of the Company's shares and votes, and a total of 138,131 shares through financial instruments corresponding to 0.39 percent of the Company's shares and votes. 

The Company has one series of shares in which each share carries one vote. The total number of shares and votes is 35,665,927.
