3 November, 2025 - Kjartan Bø has decided to step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SmartCraft after seven years in the position. He will remain in his role until 31 January 2026.
The Board has together with the incoming CEO Jeremias Jansson initiated the recruitment process for a new CFO. Kine Kragholm Olsen, group chief accountant, will take the position as interim CFO as of 1 February 2026.
"We are grateful for Kjartan's contributions to SmartCraft and the important role he has played in the company's development during a dynamic period, which included the public listing in 2021, strong profitable growth and a number of acquisitions. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors," says interim CEO Hanna Konyi.
As a pre-announcement ahead of the third quarter 2025 report to be published on 4 November, SmartCraft releases the following highlights for the third quarter (Q3 2024 figures in brackets):
- Organic ARR growth: 6.0% YoY
 - Adj. EBITDA margin: 35.6% (36.0%)
 - Adj. EBITDA-CAPEX margin: 28.2% (25.3%)
 - Medium-term targets unchanged
