Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB: Smoltek announces termination of liquidity guarantee agreement

Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) ("Smoltek" or "the Company") announces that the Company has terminated the agreement with Mangold Fondkommission AB regarding the service as liquidity guarantor for the Company's share on Spotlight Stock Market.
The agreement, which was entered into in 2020, aimed to support trading in Smoltek's share by promoting liquidity and reducing the difference between the bid and ask price. The Company assesses that the current trading and liquidity in the share is satisfactory and has therefore decided to terminate the service, and the agreement has been terminated in accordance with its terms.
The liquidity guarantee expired after the end of the trading day on July 20, 2026.
