Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB: Smoltek Now Traded on Nordic Growth Market (NGM)
This press release is an English version of the previously published Swedish version, which has interpretive precedence.
Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) ("Smoltek" or "the Company") announces that, effective today, October 26, all the Company's instruments are traded on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM). Smoltek also intends to pursue a dual listing on Börse Stuttgart during the fourth quarter of 2026, with the aim of making it easier for European and international investors to trade the Company's shares.
Throughout the year, Smoltek's Board of Directors and management have evaluated various marketplaces for trading the Company's instruments. As previously communicated, the Board decided to apply for a listing on NGM-part of the Börse Stuttgart Group-as this is considered the optimal path toward the European capital market.
"Trading on NGM represents an important step toward a stronger presence in the European capital market. It increases the visibility and accessibility of Smoltek's shares for European investors and supports our ambition to build long-term shareholder value," says Oskar Säfström, Acting CEO of Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB.
Later in the fourth quarter of 2026, Smoltek also aims to apply for a dual listing on Börse Stuttgart. The objective is to further strengthen the Company's presence in the European capital market and facilitate trading in the Company's shares for European investors.
