Solution International Nordics AB: Solution International signs warehousing agreement generating over £100,000 in annualised income

Solution International Nordics AB (publ) ("Solution International" or the "Company") announces that its UK subsidiary has entered into a new warehousing agreement which is expected to generate more than £100,000 in annual income.

The agreement enables the Company to utilise spare capacity within its UK warehouse and forms part of Solution International's ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce its fixed cost base.

Warehouse utilisation naturally varies throughout the year in line with changes in customer demand, inventory levels and inbound and outbound deliveries. Solution International has therefore sought to use this natural variation more efficiently by treating its warehouse capacity as a flexible resource and making available space to third parties when it is not required for the Company's own operations.

The Company expects the agreement to generate more than £100,000 in annual income, equivalent to approximately one-third of the annual rental cost of its UK warehouse.

Warehouse utilisation naturally varies throughout the year. By managing our available space more dynamically, rather than allowing unused capacity to remain idle, we can generate additional income while reducing our fixed cost base.

The agreement is expected to generate more than £100,000 in annual income, equivalent to around one-third of our annual warehouse rental cost, while allowing us to retain the capacity required for our own operations."
