Solution International has developed AI agents to automate parts of order processing and invoice reconciliation. The implementation has helped reduce manual administrative work, shorten lead times and reduce the risk of errors in key day-to-day processes.

By using technology to streamline repetitive administrative tasks, employees are able to focus on more value-creating work, such as supplier management, customer support and continued business development.

The use of AI forms part of Solution International's broader efforts to strengthen efficiency, accuracy and scalability in the business, as the Group continues to grow in the UK and international markets.
