Solwers Oyj: Solwers Plc's subsidiary Finnmap Infra Oy and Kreate Oy have reached a settlement

Solwers Plc's subsidiary Finnmap Infra Oy and Kreate Oy have reached a settlement in the dispute between the companies concerning an alleged breach of performance obligation related to the development phase of the E18 Turku Ring Road section between Kausela and Pukkila.

On 21 February 2025, Solwers announced that Finnmap Infra had received a claim for compensation of approximately EUR 2.46 million filed by Kreate with the Helsinki District Court. On 26 May 2025, Solwers announced that Finnmap Infra had submitted its response to Kreate's claim to the District Court, as well as its own claim for compensation of EUR 1.07 million against Kreate.

Under the settlement agreement signed today, the parties have agreed on the final resolution of the dispute. As a result of the settlement, the parties will withdraw the claims as well as the pending lawsuits and counterclaims.

The parties have agreed on the matter confidentially, and the details of the settlement will not be disclosed. The matter has no material impact on the financial position or business operations of Solwers Group or Finnmap Infra.
