Solwers Plc is strengthening its presence in Sweden. Solwers company WiseGate AB has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Spectra Consult AB. The acquired company will be reported as part of Solwers group starting August 1, 2024. 

Founded in 2019, Spectra Consult has offices in Skövde and Åmål, and employs around 20 experienced consultants some of whom work as subcontractors. The company focuses on planning, design and control in the fields of electricity, telecommunications and security. The clients operate largely in the fields of electrical power, military, infrastructure, and public civil buildings. The company's revenue in 2023 was SEK 19.9 (14.7) million and EBIT-% 16.3 (15.9).

"We have been following the development of Spectra Consult for quite some time. WiseGate has a large network of both suppliers and clients that could benefit of the acquisition of Spectra Consult" says Michael Augustsson, Co-founder and CMO of Wisegate AB.

Spectra Consult continues to operate under its own brand name, utilizing synergy benefits of a bigger group", says Lars-Henrik Enlöf, Chairman of the Board at Spectra Consult.

WiseGate AB now consists of three operational subsidiaries: WiseGate Consulting AB, DEMAB AB and Spectra Consult AB.
