SpectrumOne AB (publ), (the "Company"), today announces the publication of an Information Memorandum in connection with the rights issue of warrants of series TO5 resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2026 (the "Rights Issue").

The Information Memorandum is available on the Company's website.

The subscription period for the Rights Issue will commence on 6 July 2026 and continue through 20 July 2026, in accordance with the timetable previously announced by the Company.
