SpectrumOne AB (publ) ("SpectrumOne") has signed a binding agreement to invest up to USD 2 million in Health Impact Alliance ("HIA"), a privately held English health-technology company whose Lifelog platform enables continuous, data-driven care for older adults wishing to live independently.

The capital will be paid in instalments across 2025 - 2026, aligned with a key commercial milestone tied to the Lifeline rollout at Connect America, a leading U.S. provider of remote patient-monitoring and personal emergency-response services. The investment is made through a direct purchase from an existing shareholder combined with a directed share issue into the company. Once the full amount has been invested-assuming no further dilution-SpectrumOne will own 10.3 percent of HIA.

"Our consulting engagement earlier this year gave us deep insight into HIA's technology and market traction," says Fredric Forsman, Chairman of SpectrumOne. "The objective is to combine Liflog's real-time health data with the advanced analytics of our subsidiary Cloud Explorers and its Prism™ platform, in order to unlock significant revenue synergies while accelerating HIA's growth."

HIA connects medical wearables, smart-home devices and caregivers in a single, secure cloud environment. Its flagship One Care Healthwatch continuously monitors vital signs, detects falls and shares alerts with family members, clinicians and emergency responders-addressing a large and fast-growing market for proactive, at-home care.

The investment strengthens SpectrumOne's strategy in three ways. First, it secures a foothold in healthcare, one of the most data-intensive and resilient verticals. Second, it widens the addressable market for Prism™ by adding a potential stream of real-time health telemetry that can be enriched with AI and big-data tools. Third, it gives SpectrumOne a meaningful equity stake in a company with clear global scaling potential.

Proceeds will fund the commercial launch with Connect America, expand device integrations and to explore potential joint data-science projects to create predictive-care algorithms. Part of the capital will also be reserved for building the organisational and compliance framework required for further U.S. and European expansion.

In conjunction with the transaction, Fredric Forsman will assume the role of Investment Manager at HIA. He will be responsible for crafting a long-term financial strategy aimed at significantly increasing HIA's valuation and bringing in additional external capital during 2026.

The transaction will be financed from SpectrumOne's existing resources and is not expected to require additional funding from shareholders.
