The Annual Report 2024 consists of two parts:

• Governance, Remuneration and Financial Statements 2024, which includes the audited financial statements, the annual review by the Board of Director's, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report 2024, and a
• Annual Review, which includes Spinnova's Sustainability Report, that will be published in week 11

Spinnova - The textile material innovation 

Spinnova technology transforms the way textiles are manufactured globally. Based in Finland, Spinnova has developed breakthrough patented technology for making textile fibre out of wood pulp or waste, such as leather, textile or agricultural cropping waste, without harmful chemicals or dissolving.
