Jürgen Goeldner is since September 2023 part of the board of directors of Starbreeze. The Nomination Committee consists of representatives of the company's three largest shareholders, who together represent approximately 26.6 percent of the shares and approximately 43.4 percent of the votes, and the Chair of the Board, Torgny Hellström, is a co-opted member of the Nomination Committee. The members representing the largest shareholders are Christoffer Saidac (Digital Bros), Anna Magnusson (AP1) and Michael Hjorth (Indian Nation).

The Nomination Committee's complete proposal will be published in due time before the Annual General Meeting 2024.
