Revenue increased in the second quarter by 18.6 percent to 75.1 MSEK (63.3) after strong growth from both business units.
“I am pleased to see the continued strong growth compared to previous year given that the first half year last year was a record period”, comments Torbjörn Sköld.
The gross profit amounted to 44.6 percent (45.4). Business unit Surgical Tables was affected by an unfavorable product and market mix, while Surgical Instruments was positively affected by the same factors. Operating profit amounted to 11.9 MSEK (8.9).
