Storskogen has acquired a 90 percent stake in Vokus Personal AG ("Vokus Personal"), a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of healthcare professionals in Switzerland. Headquartered in Zurich, the company generated sales of CHF 23.3m, approximately SEK 219m, in 2021.

Headquartered in Zurich, the company is highly regarded in the industry by clients, candidates and employees alike as a reliable partner and attractive employer. Since its foundation in 2012, Vokus Personal has successfully established itself as a focused provider in the healthcare sector with continuous growth.
Sabine Vogt and Karin Vogt, co-CEOs and founders of Vokus Personal remain on board as shareholders. Their operational succession was arranged together with Storskogen by recruiting a new CEO during the acquisition process. Both are looking forward to working with Storskogen.

At Storskogen, the company will become part of the HR and Competence vertical in the business area Services. HR and Competence reported sales of about SEK 388 million in 2021, corresponding to approximately CHF 41m. Mikael Neglén, Head of Storskogen DACH, welcomes Vokus Personal to Storskogen, the 13th addition to the group of companies in Switzerland.
