Summa Defence Corporation has updated its disclosure policy. In the future, Summa Defence will only publish a financial statement bulletin and a half-yearly report and will no longer publish business reports for January-March and January-September.

In 2026, Summa Defence Corporation will publish the following financial reports:

· Financial statement bulletin for 2025 on Thursday, March 26, 2026

· Half-yearly report for January-June 2026 on Thursday, August 27, 2026

The Board of Directors' report and financial statements for 2025 will be published in full on the company's website www.summadefence.fi no later than Friday, week 17, 2026.

The Annual General Meeting of Summa Defence Corporation is planned to be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors will later issue a separate invitation to the Annual General Meeting.
