SLP is recruiting Peter Nilsson and Sofia Joelson as technical property manager and commercial property manager with a focus on the property portfolio in Mälardalen. They will start their roles in the third quarter of 2025. Around 50 percent of SLP's current property portfolio has development potential, and the volume is growing due to new acquisitions.
"Mälardalen is a prioritized growth area for SLP, where we recently made our largest acquisition to date - five strategically located logistics properties in Norrköping and Örebro with a property value of approximately SEK 1.4 billion. In order to continue to develop and manage the portfolio in a sustainable and value-creating way, it is crucial to have the right resources in place. With Peter and Sofia, we are strengthening our capacity in the region, while maintaining an efficient and integrated property management organization," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
Peter Nilsson most recently comes from Akademiska Hus where he worked as an operations technician. He has over 20 years of experience in property technology and energy, including from Norrevo Fastigheter and Hyresbostäder in Norrköping.
Sofia Joelson has extensive experience in contract management and municipal property operations, most recently as property coordinator and contract controller in Söderköping Municipality and previously at Norrevo Fastigheter.
Peter Nilsson and Sofia Joelson will be based in Norrköping and will be part of the group's integrated property management team.
