Talkpool postpones the publication of the annual report for 2023
Talkpool hereby postpones the publication of the company's annual report for the financial year 2023 to Friday the 10[th] of May 2024. The Company had planned to publish the audited accounts on the 30[th] of April 2024. The delay allows the auditors to finalise scrutinizing the results while also allowing the management and board of directors' additional time to improve the quality of the annual report.
The delay is of a purely administrative nature. Compared to the interim annual report published on the 12[th] of March 2024, additional write-offs that reduce the earnings have been made while the operational margins such as EBIT of EUR 1 842 thousand (12% EBIT margin) are expected to be identical to the already published unaudited interim result for 2023.
