The distribution agreements, effective immediately, cover each company's electronic gaming machines, software systems, and platforms for land-based casinos. Under these two-year agreements, Tangiamo will bring Paradise Entertainment's innovative electronic gaming solutions operating under its trade name of brand "LT Game" to the European market, including its latest innovative products like Mori Dice and Dragon Tiger Baccarat. At the same time, Paradise Entertainment will introduce Tangiamo's MultiPLAY products and intelligent Automatic Dice Recognition ("iADR") systems into key Asian gaming markets, including Macau and the Philippines.

The agreements expand Tangiamo's product portfolio in Europe, adding proven electronic gaming machines and systems from one of Macau's most experienced gaming technology providers, LT Game. The expanded product lines strengthen Tangiamo's position as a comprehensive gaming solutions provider offering customers access to gaming products with demonstrated success in some of the world's most competitive gaming markets.
