All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange by Goldman Sachs International, England on behalf of Telia Company. Following the above acquisitions, Telia Company's holding of own shares amounts to 96,286,095 shares as of December 27, 2019. The total number of shares in Telia Company is 4,209,540,375.
