Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration) has announced its intention to award Terranor AB, a subsidiary of the Terranor Group, a public tender for operation and maintenance of state roads in the South-East Värmland operational area, Sweden, over four years. The agreement is valued at approximately SEK 214 million for the full contract period. The contract will commence on 1 September 2026 and run until 31 August 2030, with an option to extend the contract by up to two additional years.

The South-East Värmland operational area covers around 1,000 kilometres of road and includes several of the region's busiest roads, with the E18 and E45 forming key routes, as well as the commuter routes into Karlstad. With this contract, Terranor is strengthening its presence in the region and taking a further step in the company's long-term commitment to the operation and maintenance of the national road network.

In accordance with customary procurement procedures, a mandatory standstill period of 10 days will apply before the contract can be formally signed.
